Crepitus popping joints

Crepitus is the crackling effect of the joints when air bubbling passes in the joints. This is the sign that has sometimes of friction due to wear, tear, overuse and extended use of the joints. Many people feel that it can be avoided if taught proper technique of activities such as playing piano, guitar and typing etc. Many people develop crepitus, but the main thing is to not make it a habit of cracking the joints for an activity. The crepitus occurrence can show up in the wrist and elbows, knees, toes and several other places. In some cases in very imperative not to continuously pop or crack the joint, to prevent excessive damage or wear and tear. It is not a double joint. Some people see will notice the long term effects as they age because of the deterioration that occurs. Sometimes the effect can produces pain. The carpal tunnel is the associated condition with inflammation, numbness, swelling, of the wrist joints from the median. Some people get surgery, but the crepitus is curable with proper diet, rest and praying. God Bless and good health!!!
